The Winey Cow is the brainchild of Restaurateurs Jill and Cam Henderson. Moving from Melbourne to Mornington in 2014, they have created a business that showcases everything they love about Melbourne’s thriving café and restaurant scene. It started with a box of straws, a picture of a copper tap, a communal table and a passion for hospitality.
What’s in a name? The name reflects Jill & Cam’s absolute love for cheese & wine and in particular the range available on the Mornington Peninsula. Seriously is there anything better than a gorgeous glass of wine and yummy cheese in one of Australia’s most beautiful regions.
What do we do? We do brunch. When locals think about brunch, The Winey Cow is at the top of the list. It’s what we are known for and what we do best. Who says you can’t have brunch morning, noon and night? We believe you should, which is why our all day brunch menu is available from breakfast through to dinner.
The Winey Cow focuses on quality and we strive to be the best. As a result, we have won multiple awards for our exceptional service, food quality and overall dining experience. In 2018 we were awarded Best Café Dining Victoria and in 2016 Café of the Year Victoria.
